Can the device be used by two people?
Livi is designed for single person use out of concern for cross-contamination
What happens if I no longer needs Livi? Just put Livi back in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Once received, we will cancel your monthly subscription.
Can you handle every type of pill? Livi can handle a wide variety of pills, but certain pills that are inconsistently shaped, broken, or gummy for example, are not supported.
What happens if it breaks down? A warranty covers the device, service and technical support.
Livi requires an up-front time investment to measure pills, prepare containers and stock the device to make sure everything is working properly.
What if I don't live near my loved one? It is advisable that your loved one have a caregiver that is not far away should there be the need to make container adjustments or conduct local troubleshooting. Once up and running Livi will provide up to 90 days of automated worry free medication sorting.
Those suffering from a high-level of anxiety, stress or those with ailments such as Dementia and Parkinsons may not be the right customer for this product, especially if they fear blinking lights, beeping sounds, and other types of automation or technology.
Does insurance cover this? At this time, we believe insurance will not cover the cost of your Livi. However, We do encourage to call as your insurance company may handle it differently.
